The EMT-Basic Course is designed to meet or exceed the requirements set forth by the State of Indiana and EMT National Curriculum. The course consists of extensive classroom coursework, skill building exercises, clinicals that include emergency room observation and ambulance observation. Once you register for the course, you will be emailed additional information from the Lead Instructor. You will need to have a computer and internet access for this course.

Location: ESEC 700 N. High School Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46214 Classroom C/D

Cost: $1200.00 Includes CPR certification, equipment, books, and shirt. Background checks and drug testing are NOT included in the fee.

Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m.

Course Length: 16 Weeks

Start Date – August 2025

Prerequisites:

Must be 18 years of age prior to course completion
Must be able to lift over 100 pounds
Must be able to provide a background check
Must be able to provide a drug test
Must be able to work under stressful circumstances
