EMT
Our accelerated EMT courses combine online and in-person training, allowing students the ability to navigate the lecture portion at their own pace by watching pre-recorded lecture videos. We enhance the course with two interactive online review classes and two quizzes per week, a midterm, and a final exam. These are rigorous exams designed to prepare students for the upcoming National Registry of EMT’s practical and written exams.
The practical exam is administered at the conclusion of the in-person skills training weekend. The in-person training consists of demonstrations of the required skills, and hands-on practice in small groups working directly with instructors. Our students are not only prepared to pass the exam, but to be confident, well-trained pre-hospital emergency providers.
Students will complete a clinical experience during the course.

Textbook: AAOS Emergency Care and Transportation of the Sick & Injured; 12th Edition (not the workbook)
Equipment: Blood pressure cuff and stethoscope
Cost: $995 total ($395 required with application, $600 due before the start of the course)
Cost includes AHA CPR for Basic Life Support, the NREMT Practical exam and an IMME T-shirt.
