Course Structure and Duration:

Course Prerequisites and Requirements:
To enroll in our EMT-Basic Course, participants must meet the following prerequisites:
Minimum age requirement of 17 years by the end of the graduating month
Good physical health and fitness level to perform required tasks
State and National Certification:
Upon completing our EMT-Basic Course, you will have the opportunity to pursue additional certifications to further enhance your professional qualifications. Our program prepares you to take the New York State (NYS) EMT-Basic Exam, which is a requirement for practice within the state. This exam ensures that you meet the standards set by the NYS Department of Health for emergency medical care.
Additionally, our course content aligns with the requirements of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). This means that you will be well-prepared to take the NREMT certification examination, a nationally recognized credential that demonstrates your competence as an EMT-Basic across the United States.
